| Our plastic cores have an alter-ego in the form of mailing tubes that can be used in a variety of ways!! Take MTP, for an example. We manufacture and sell the Spee-D-Loader(tm) to outdoorsmen all over the world. When faced with a packaging dilemma (shipping a single 16" tubular gunloader can be considered a 'dilemma'), the obvious answer was a tubular mailer!! Out of internal need, we found our perfect packaging solution! Using a standard 2" diameter endplug, and adding a custom label completes our packaging tube! We can cut any length from 3" to 6 feet!!! End Plugs are an inexpensive way to complete your packaging solution. For most paper shipping, the plugs are sufficient as is - and will not pop-out. However, as in the Spee-D-Loader(tm) - the weight of the item necessitates using staples (or tape) to ensure containment during shipping. One thing to keep in mind - the end plugs are inset and take up 1" of your internal length. When inquiring, or ordering our mailing tubes, add 1" to the total length that you will need and order the next size up! ** End Plugs are available upon request. MINIMUM ORDER IS ONE FULL BOX.
